We met Jessica within the first month of moving to Arizona expecting to purchase a home right away. Jessica talked to us about different neighborhoods that offered either new or existing homes. But Jessica Dotta guided us through a difficult "buyer's market" with excellent advice regarding negotiating offers, recognizing which ones looked good, and which ones were ridiculous, and tough decisions regarding price points. Jessica, whether individually or through her team, worked tirelessly to create exposure for our home through networking with other realtors and long hours holding open houses. I've already written a glowing review regarding her "All Star" team member, but I wanted to leave one for Jessica to recognize her individually also. Her communication skills and dedication to her clients are second to none. I've been fortunate enough in my life to have a bit of experience dealing with several realtors over the decades, and can spot the "pros" from the "schmoes." They saved us time and heartache by asking sellers if they would accept VA loan offers prior to us viewing/ submitting a contract. There negotiations skills were outstanding and to the point. With our work schedule it was super helpful that they were always available to us 24/7 for any questions. They were always willing to show us homes during the week and were always on time. They were always accurate on the area and size of home we were looking to purchase and didn't waste our time in showing us homes that didn't meet our needs. Words can not explain how knowledgeable and attentive our agents were!
